The Da Vinci Code Sucks

Yeah… I said it. This is one of the few times that I agree with the critics. The movie was bad. The only reason why I sat through it is because the money was spent and I just wanted to see how badly it tried to stay true to the book.
Here’s an easy way to save some money and still get the “Da Vinci Code Experience:”
1. Resist the urge to go watch the movie
2. Buy the actual book
3. READ something for a change
The book is incredibly entertaining. It’s a page-turner that will keep you up until 5 am wondering what’s going to happen next. DO NOT see the movie if you haven’t read the book. I wouldn’t want you to deprive yourself of a good read. Watching the movie first will just taint your reading experience.
You can pick up The Da Vinci Code for as low a $7.99 on Amazon.com. I suggest getting the Special Illustrated Edition Hardcover.
I guarantee that for less the the price of a movie ticket, you’ll have a better time. You just have to exercise your brain just a bit have it.
I should have watched “Over The Hedge.”
