Yup...still ornery after all these years. I'm best described as an optimistic pessimist...or a pessimistic optimist. I believe in the inherent goodness in everyone, but I don't put it past anyone to be downright ignorant and evil. Life is all about balance. It's smooth sailing once you learn to live in the gray area...
